The Patch Test Training Day started in 2014 and has been running each year since and is held the day prior to the Australasian College of Dermatology Scientific meeting and the ADNA conference. The event is held in a different Australian state each year, depending on where the ASM is being held.
This event welcomes dermatology nurses, registrars and dermatologists to learn about all things new in contact dermatitis and patch testing. It is a great event to hear about emerging allergens and current research in the field. This event is led by Associate Professor Rosemary Nixon and the patch testing team at the Skin Health Institute.
The 2026 patch test training day will be held in Melbourne 15th May.
